Our Story

Our owners, Justin and Alaina Higley, have owned Binding Pros Inc since 1998. However, the family trade began three generations ago, and Justin's father passed his knowledge and skills down over the years. With a lifetime of experience learning the ins and outs of carpet binding and repair, Justin now serves the Phoenix Valley with industry-leading rug services.

Due to his lengthy experience, Justin has become an expert in flooring and hand serge stitching for carpets and area rugs. Justin's skills don't stop there as he is an expert in constructing custom area rugs and is surrounded by a skilled team making any project possible whether being done by hand or machine. Our friendly employees have that expertise, which allows us to provide top-notch customer service to our customers.

We offer specific custom work that not many other rug flooring businesses provide. Our team works hard to get things done efficiently and with quick turn-around time. We make alterations to area rugs of any size to custom-fit your home. We provide eco-friendly rug padding for your area rugs.
